In our office, we offer payment options that work for our patients. Below you will find a list of insurances and payment options that we accept. We have recently begun offering the online payment option as well. Many insurance companies require prior authorizations for approval before commencing treatment.

Payment options:
- Cash or Check: Always accepted.
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard
- Online payments via text messaging
- Pricing Notice
A surcharge of 2.75% is automatically added and reflected
during checkout flows. It only applies for credit card
transactions, and is not greater than our cost of
acceptance. This surcharge amount is removed when
paying by cash, check, or debit card.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
